Before delivery

Approved general-arrangement drawing matches the final room layout. Door widths, corridors, lifts, turning points, and loading route are confirmed. Floor loading, anchoring, plinth, and service-clearance requirements are approved. Electrical supply, isolator, earthing, backup power, and plug type are confirmed. Water, drainage, ventilation, data, and alarm interfaces are ready where applicable. Acceptance limits, test method, representative load, and test instruments are agreed. Delivery date, lifting plan, site access, storage, and responsible personnel are confirmed.

Receiving inspection

Packing condition and shock, tilt, or moisture indicators are recorded before unpacking. Equipment identity, model, serial number, quantity, and accessories match shipping documents. External panels, doors, welds, work surfaces, trays, castors, controls, and cables are undamaged. Dimensions and connection locations match the approved drawing. Required certificates, manuals, drawings, packing list, warranty, and test records are present. Transit damage, shortages, or deviations are photographed and recorded before acceptance.

Installation and functional checks

Equipment is level, stable, anchored or braked, and positioned with required service clearances. Power supply, earthing, isolator, phase, voltage, frequency, and circuit protection are verified. Water, drainage, ventilation, data, exhaust, and alarm interfaces are leak-free and functional. Doors, drawers, trays, lifts, castors, brakes, locks, and moving parts operate smoothly. Controls, displays, lighting, pumps, fans, motors, compressors, and emergency stops operate correctly. High/low temperature, door, power-failure, sensor, and remote alarms are tested where applicable. Settings are password-protected or access-controlled according to the approved operating policy. Noise, vibration, heat rejection, drainage, condensation, and service access are acceptable.

Performance, documentation, and handover

Temperature pull-down, stability, uniformity, recovery, and alarm limits meet agreed criteria. Airflow or capture performance meets agreed criteria where local extraction is part of the system. Lift, trolley, rack, tray, table, or storage interfaces are demonstrated under an agreed test load. Cleaning and disinfection procedure is demonstrated with approved chemicals and access points. Calibration status and identification of test instruments are recorded. Operating, cleaning, safety, troubleshooting, and preventive-maintenance training is completed. Final drawings, electrical diagrams, spare-parts list, consumables list, certificates, and warranty are handed over. Outstanding defects and actions have owners, deadlines, and an agreed reinspection method. Authorized representatives sign the final acceptance record only after required evidence is complete.
